Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all offers or trips organized or operated by Far East Outfitters , L.L.C (“Far East”) We encourage you to read through all terms and conditions carefully before sending deposits or making final payment. 

 

Clients who book trips, send deposits, or send final payments shall be considered acknowledged and aware that all clients involved have read and accepted and agreed to all the terms and conditions contained herein.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following terms and conditions apply to all offers or trips organized or operated by Far East Outfitters , L.L.C (“Far East”) We encourage you to read through all terms and conditions carefully before sending deposits or making final payment. 

Clients who book trips, send deposits, or send final payments shall be considered acknowledged and aware that all clients involved have read and accepted and agreed to all the terms and conditions contained herein.

Be aware that Far East’s terms and conditions are in addition to any terms and conditions of the individual lodges and outfitters that we work with and represent. Please read the Rates & Terms posted to each trip we sell for specific details or additional policies regarding guides and partner outfitters. 

Reservations and Deposits

A 50% deposit per angler of the total trip balance for all clients is due to Far East within (3)  calendar days of booking to secure the your desired dates. If the deposit is not received within (3)  calendar days from the booking confirmation, from all clients in the party,  selected dates will be reopened for other prospective clients. 

(Korea, Japan, Russia, Mongolia) Full payment for trips is due (90) ninety calendar days from the confirmed booked start date of the trip to finalize the booking. If the client(s) are booking inside of 90 days, the total balance of the trip is due at the time of booking. 

  • Far East reserves the right & discretion to charge an office fee of $95.00 USD  per person for any date changes after the initial reservation has been confirmed.

 Per client request, date changes must be approved and accepted by the individual guide (s) or outfitter(s). Some guides (s) or outfitter(s) may not be able to offer date changes and will request a change to an alternative date. 

 

MEDICAL, TRAVEL AND TRIP INSURANCE – (Required upon Arrival  Mongolia / Russia / Japan) 

Japan, Mongolia, and Russia trip packages are 100% non-refundable so it is strongly recommended that you purchase medical, travel or trip insurance if you must cancel, postpone, or reschedule your trip for any reason. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic  we are aware that many standard insurance policies offer limited coverage for cancellations nor offer compensation due to pandemics, epidemics or fear of travel, which is why Cancel For Any Reason” policies are strongly recommended.

GENERAL CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY 

Upon full and total trip cancellation on the part of or based on the decisions of the clients), Far East will deduct $90.00 in office fees for payments received. In addition, each individual lodge, outfitter, and destination may charge their own handling and/or administration fee. All cancellations must be given in physical or electronic writing including emails or faxes to [email protected]

 

GENERAL AGREEMENT 

  • Far East and its members, officers, principals, employees, and agents, have no liability or responsibility for the acts or omissions of any third-party contractors, outfitters, airlines, railroads, ship owners, charter air carriers, shuttle and taxi drivers, hotels, lodges, fishing guides or other service providers (“Third Parties”) engaged by Far East on behalf of the customer, or customer directly, in connection with any trip.  Customer shall hold Far East and its members, officers, principals, employees and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages to property, bodily damages, physical injury including death, legal expenses, penalties, liabilities, or attorney’s fees, resulting from the acts or omissions of Third Parties including consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages to property or persons.

Furthermore, customer is subject to all tariffs, terms, and conditions of all tickets, vouchers, and contracts of such lodges, outfitters, hotels, airlines, railroads, operators, owners and contractors issued in connection with the trip, and the issuance and acceptance of any such tickets, vouchers and contracts shall be deemed to be consent to such conditions.

  • Customers agree to be aware of and comply with any codes, laws, orders, ordinances, immigration regulations, and statues of any government authority for any trip destination including layovers or unforeseen delays.
  • EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, FAR EAST DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO CUSTOMER, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING AND WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY; FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; SECURITY OR ACCURACY. Far East Outfitters, L.L.C. is a Georgia-based limited liability company. These terms and conditions shall be subject to and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. In the event of a dispute, all parties submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the state courts of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
  • Far East shall not be liable for any nonperformance or delay in performance caused by any act or event beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation acts or omissions of Third Parties, unavailability of supplies or labor, equipment failure, war, protests, lock-outs, fire, flood, COVID-19 restrictions,  earthquake, poor flight conditions (helicopter delays) hurricane, disease, epidemic, pandemic, plague, quarantine, any other Act of God, any law, regulation, ordinance, or other act or order of any court, government, or governmental agency.
