Fly Fishing Japan is truly a mixed bag of gamefish opportunities from the exotic to the ordinary, you’ll find it here in Hokkaido. Fly fish for Japan’s colorful iwana char, miyabe char, yamame “cherry trout” white-spotted char, and the chance encounter with an elusive Sakhalin taimen.

Fly Fish Korea’s more remote high mountain trout streams for landlocked cherry salmon and streamborne, non-native rainbow trout and seasonal opportunities for chum salmon and Pacific searun dace. Rods and tackle are available for anglers travelling on the lighter side.
